Return Policy:

Made a mistake? No problem, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days from your date of delivery subject to the following conditions: 

All returned or exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached and in their original packaging.

Sales of lingerie, swimwear, personal items, and closeouts are final and may not be returned for refund or exchange.

You are responsible for advising us of your intention to return the item and are responsible for return shipping costs. Return notifications must be made by email prior to returning the item at info@fridaysweets.com. Please include your order date, shipping address and identification of the item you are returning in your email.

Requests made later than 15 days from receipt or improperly submitted returns will not be honored and you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Unused means that the item must not have been worn or used in any manner and must be in resalable condition with the sales tag still attached. The final determination of an items condition rests with us.

Our Warranty:

All items are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please follow our Returns Policy above. If you have a problem with an item after use, please contact info@fridaysweets.com explaining the problem. We will contact you to discuss and determine a resolution.
